The problem
You published new pages weeks ago and they still don't show up in search — not ranked low, absent. Or you've never actually verified your site with Google and Bing, so you're flying blind: no index reports, no error alerts, no idea whether search engines are even visiting. Many businesses discover during our audits that a chunk of their site has quietly never been indexed at all.
What we do
We build your site's formal relationship with the search engines. That starts with verified ownership in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — the control panels where the engines tell you, for free, exactly what they've indexed and what's failing. It continues with a clean XML sitemap: current, complete, correctly structured, and free of the junk URLs that erode crawler trust.
Then we wire the fast lane: IndexNow, the protocol that pings participating engines (Bing and others) the moment a page publishes or changes, plus same-day sitemap submissions to Google on every release. New content stops waiting to be stumbled upon.
Finally — because submission without verification is a shrug — we monitor index coverage. Pages submitted, pages accepted, pages rejected and why, so indexing problems get caught the week they happen instead of the quarter after.
How it works
- Verify everywhere. Site ownership established in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — properly, at the domain level.
- Sitemap rebuild. One clean, honest sitemap: every real page in, every dead-weight URL out.
- The fast lane. IndexNow key deployed; publish events ping engines automatically.
- First full submission. The whole site formally submitted, initial crawl results reviewed for errors.
- Coverage watch. Index reports checked on a cadence; anomalies investigated, not ignored.
What you get
- Verified Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools access — owned by you
- A clean, validated XML sitemap and IndexNow pipeline
- First-crawl report: what got indexed, what errored, what we fixed
- Ongoing coverage reporting when bundled into a get-found engagement
Receipts
For a California mortgage brokerage we wired the full stack — live Search Console API access, IndexNow key, Bing Webmaster verification — and Bing's first full scan came back 778 pages, zero errors. New page waves for that client get their sitemap and IndexNow pings the same day they publish. Discovery speed varies by engine and site — the engines set their own schedules — which is exactly why we verify coverage instead of promising a date.
