Systems we shipped where a missed deadline is malpractice.
Everything Speed2Leads does traces back to systems we shipped in one of the most unforgiving software environments there is: an enterprise legal-AI platform, where a missed deadline isn’t an inconvenience — it’s malpractice. Three of those systems became the DNA of this company.
The inbox watcher
We built AI that watched a live inbox, and the moment a document landed — a fourteen-page settlement agreement from opposing counsel, say — it read every page, found the response deadline buried inside, put it on the right calendar, set the reminder, and told the team. Zero human minutes spent. That mechanism doesn’t care whether the inbox belongs to a law firm or a plumbing company. It points at any inbox.
Document AI at scale
We built systems that read court filings by the thousand — classifying them, extracting the entities and dates that mattered, and structuring what had been an unsearchable pile of PDFs into something a person could actually query. That’s the same engine now behind “private AI on your own data”: your documents, your business, an assistant that actually knows both — without your files ever training a public model.
Calendaring that runs itself
Deadlines calculated from rules, follow-ups that fire on their own schedule, reminders that reach the right person before anyone has to remember — the automation underneath a business that never drops a hand-off. We built it so lawyers wouldn’t miss a filing. It works just as well so a contractor never misses a callback.
Then we noticed the pattern
Every local business lives or dies on the same thing: the minutes between “someone needs you” and “you answered.” The first business to respond wins the job — almost every time. So we pointed everything we knew at that gap. The website that gets found. The AI that picks up. The back office that never sleeps. Migrations that keep every ranking you’ve earned. Databases and private AI on your own data. All of it engineered, all of it measured, all of it aimed at one number: how fast a stranger becomes your customer.
Why “Speed2Leads”
The name is the whole mission. Not impressions. Not brand awareness. Speed, to leads — the shortest possible line between a person needing what you do and that person becoming a call you can answer. That’s the name. That’s the company.
How we work
We publish what we can prove and we say so when we can’t. Every number we put in front of you is measured, not modeled — and if we can’t show you the receipt, we don’t make the claim. We ran our own $75 audit on ourselves before we sold it to anyone. Practice equals fight.
— built it, run it, prove it ✌
