Does Speed2Leads offer a refund on the $75 audit?
The $75 audit is delivered digital work, so all sales are final — but it carries an accuracy guarantee: every finding is evidence from your actual site, and if we ever state a fact wrong, we correct it and re-deliver the report free. No subscription and no contracts.
The accuracy guarantee is the substance of it. An audit is only useful if you can act on it, and a finding you cannot trust is worse than no finding at all. Every item in the report names the page it came from and the evidence behind it, so you can verify any claim yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Sales being final follows from the format: the work is delivered in full, in minutes, and cannot be returned once you have it. What you get instead is a report you keep — yours to implement in-house, hand to your developer, or bring back to us. No retainer, no upsell requirement, nothing to cancel.
The accuracy guarantee
Every finding in your audit is backed by real evidence from your actual site — a screenshot, a measurement, or the specific URL. We don’t publish a claim we can’t show you the receipt for. If we get a fact wrong — we mis-read something, a number is off, we point at the wrong page — tell us. We’ll correct it and re-deliver the report at no additional charge. Why all sales are final
The $75 audit is delivered digital work product. Once you have the report, you have the insights — and there’s no way to “return” knowledge. So the fee is non-refundable. This isn’t fine print to trap you; it’s the honest economics of selling a real teardown for $75 instead of a four-figure one. We keep the price low by not building refund-fraud into it.

What we do NOT guarantee
We sell rigorous work and honest recommendations. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volume. Those depend on your competition, your domain’s history, market conditions, and a dozen factors no audit — and no honest vendor — controls. Anyone who guarantees you a #1 ranking is either naive or lying. The audit is a diagnosis, not a cure; it tells you the truth about where you stand and what to fix first.
Compliance work is not legal advice
If your engagement includes A2P/SMS registration or consent-flow setup, that is an implementation service — we build carrier-compliant plumbing and preserve the consent evidence. It is not legal advice. Your obligations under telemarketing and privacy laws are between you and your counsel, and any consent language we deliver should get your counsel’s review before you rely on it.
